Open your profile from Menu → Account → Profile or from the Account Actions row at the bottom of the Menu sheet.
Profile Tabs
The Profile screen has seven tabs at the top:
1. Overview
- Your photo, name, admission number
- Class, section, and roll number
- Date of birth, gender, and B-Form / CNIC
- Guardian details (for students): parent name and contact
- Attendance rate summary
2. Attendance
- Detailed attendance summary with present/absent/late counts
- Monthly attendance trend
3. Leave
- Leave history: List of all leave applications you have submitted
- Each entry shows the leave type, dates, reason, and approval status (Pending, Approved, Rejected)
4. Behaviour
- Behaviour history: List of behaviour incidents recorded by teachers
- Each entry shows the category (positive/negative), description, date, and the teacher who recorded it
5. Timeline
- A chronological timeline of your academic activities — homework submissions, exam results, attendance milestones, and more
6. Documents
- Document list: All documents associated with your profile (B-Form, photos, previous results, etc.)
- Tap any document to download it to your phone's Downloads folder
- A download progress indicator appears while downloading
7. Transport
- Transport information: If you use school transport, this tab shows your route, vehicle number, driver name, pickup/drop points, and timings
