If you are a guardian with multiple children enrolled at IPSC, the app makes it easy to manage all of them from a single login.
Child Switcher
- The child switcher icon appears in the top action bar whenever you are logged in as a guardian
- Tap it to open the Child Switcher modal, which lists all your children with their photos, names, classes, and admission numbers
- Tap any child to switch — the entire app (Dashboard, attendance, homework, fees, etc.) will instantly update to show that child's data
- The currently selected child's name appears in the Dashboard header
Children Screen
Open from Menu → Account → Children (only visible to guardians).
- See a full list of all your children with their photos, names, classes, sections, and admission numbers
- Tap any child to switch to their data and view their Dashboard
What Changes When You Switch Children?
When you switch to a different child, all of the following update to show that child's data:
- Dashboard stats and widgets (attendance, fees, homework, exams)
- Attendance records
- Homework assignments
- Exam schedules and results
- Fee summary and challans
- Notices and circulars targeted to that child's class
- Behaviour records
- Profile information
Guardian Dashboard
As a guardian, your Dashboard header shows "Welcome, Guardian" instead of "Good Morning," and your guardian name is displayed. All widgets and stats reflect the currently selected child's data.
