The app provides three modules for accessing official school documents:
Certificates
Open from Menu → Services → Certificates.
- View a list of certificates issued to you (e.g., character certificate, bonafide certificate, transfer certificate)
- Each certificate shows the certificate type, issue date, and status
- Tap the Download button to save the certificate PDF to your phone's Downloads folder
Letters
Open from Menu → Services → Letters.
- View official letters issued by the school (e.g., recommendation letters, permission letters, reference letters)
- Each letter shows the letter subject, issue date, and status
- Tap Download to save the letter PDF to your phone
ID Card
Open from Menu → Services → ID Card.
- View your digital Student ID Card with your photo, name, class, section, admission number, and school logo
- Tap Download to save the ID card image to your phone
- You can show this digital ID card as proof of identity within the school premises
