IPSC Teacher App — Complete Feature Guide
The IPSC Teacher App is the official Android application for IPSC staff. It puts the entire staff side of the school management system in your pocket — biometric-free self check-in, student attendance, homework, lesson plans, payroll, leave, communication, and reports — all synced live with your campus.
1Getting Started
| 1.1 | Sign In: Use your staff credentials — the same login as the IPSC staff portal. Select your campus on first launch. |
| 1.2 | Registered Device: Your device is registered to your account on first sign-in. Self check-in works only from your registered device — contact the school office to reset it if you change phones. |
| 1.3 | Geofence: Self check-in/out requires you to be physically on campus — the app verifies your location against the campus geofence. |
| 1.4 | Automatic Updates: Update whenever prompted — required updates keep the app in sync with the school system. |

3Staff Attendance (Self Check-In)
| 3.1 | Self Check-In / Check-Out — one-tap attendance punch on campus, verified by geofence and registered device. |
| 3.2 | Attendance History — your daily record: check-in/out times, status (present, late, half-day, short leave), and working hours. |
| 3.3 | Penalty Warnings — live warnings under the check-in card: monthly late/half-day counts, deduction thresholds, and triggered penalties (e.g., "1 more late = 1 day salary deduction"). |

4Student Attendance
