This deletion service applies to accounts and user data processed across all official IPSC Android applications developed and managed by Islamabad Public School & College (IPSC):
Data Purged Upon Request
Upon identity verification, the following mobile app account and user-generated data is permanently deleted from active systems within 30 calendar days:
- ✓ Mobile Authentication Tokens: Inactive account sessions, JWT authorization tokens, and device credentials.
- ✓ Push Notification Identifiers: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration tokens, hardware UUIDs, and notification subscriptions.
- ✓ Local Biometric Binding: Biometric login signatures and encrypted device preferences stored on application sandbox storage.
- ✓ Cached Media & Attachments: Temporary assignment submissions, cached avatar photos, and downloaded study resources.
In accordance with Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) regulations, the Federal Directorate of Education guidelines, and institutional statutory audit mandates, official student transcripts, academic mark sheets, admissions archives, and financial fee records cannot be deleted. Completing a mobile account deletion permanently removes your mobile login credentials and device connections, but permanent institutional records remain archived as required by law.
